Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

- Full-Time: tuesday to sunday, from 7:30am – 4pm
- Part-Time: friday to sunday, from 7:30am – 4pm

- Fluent in Italian and English, or with strong professional proficiency
*Required Experience*
- Work experience in a high volume restaurant, preferably a brunch environment
- Experience for a seasonal, local kitchen philosophy
- Awareness and understanding of specialty coffee
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team
- Clean and precise work ethic
*Job Responsibilities*
- Serve guests at the counter and support the barista
- Support wait staff in the dining room: bring plates and drinks to tables, clean and reset tables.
- Keep a clean and orderly work space
- Take orders at the table when necessary

Type: Full-Time

*Requirements*
- Valid permit to work in Italy
- Fluent in Italian and English, or with strong professional proficiency
*Required Experience*
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a specialty coffee shop, international experience preferred
- Knowledge of different types of extraction: espresso, filter (v60/Aeropress, cold brew)
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team
- Clean and precise work ethic
*Job Responsibilities*
- General FOH responsibilities (dining room & counter) to fullfill all guest requests
- Interface with guests to understand their preferences as well as explain the significance of specialty coffee
- Maintain the coffee station and counter clean and orderly during service
- Supervise inventory for coffee, tea and coffee station supplies
